Experienced corporate partner sought for two distinct partner-level opportunities with a well-established regional practice: (1) a financial-buyer / private equity platform partner to lead and grow buyout and related transactional work; and (2) expansion of a healthcare practice by adding a transactional healthcare lawyer plus one or two specialist regulatory attorneys to build a scalable group.

Both roles are practice-building positions that will work closely with existing deal teams. The firm is open to candidates based outside the office location on a hybrid or remote basis for the right fit, but values in-person collaboration for platform growth and integration.

Portable business is welcome; equity-level opportunities are available for candidates who bring a significant, committed practice. The searches are active and the firm is especially interested in candidates who can quickly contribute to and expand a market-facing platform.

  • Proven partner-level transactional experience in either financial-buyer/private equity deals or healthcare transactions/regulatory matters.
  • Track record of originating or materially contributing to a portable practice or client base; equity considered for substantial portable business.
  • Experience building or scaling a platform/team and collaborating with cross-practice colleagues.
  • Strong client relationships, excellent deal execution skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, partner-led environment.
