Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join a busy Corporate group in Short Hills with strong cross-practice collaboration across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology and IP. The role will focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets work for issuer and sponsor-side clients, with regular interaction on technology transactions and IP-related matters.

Ideal candidates will have an established transactional or life‑sciences practice and be comfortable working with multijurisdictional teams. The team is expanding nationally and seeks senior lawyers who can both lead matters and help grow client relationships across related industry sectors.

Partner-level transactional experience in M&A, private equity or capital markets; experience with healthcare or life sciences matters strongly preferred.
Track record on technology transactions, IP-related commercial work, or cross-border deals is a plus.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Bar admission and JD (or equivalent); strong commercial judgement and team leadership skills.
