Established global practice is adding a lateral partner to its Houston corporate team to lead high‑value M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role sits within a multi‑practice platform that frequently collaborates with finance, IP and litigation teams on cross‑border and sector‑focused matters.

Ideal candidates will run a portable transactional practice focused on private equity and strategic M&A, issuer and other capital‑markets work, and commercial/tech deals for growth‑stage and established companies across technology, life sciences, energy and financial services sectors.

The position offers partner resources, national dealflow and integration with broader industry practices; the team is actively growing and seeks individuals or small groups who can contribute client relationships and originate mandates.

Proven partner‑level track record in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets transactions.
Experience on technology, life sciences, energy or financial‑services matters preferred.
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Comfort working on cross‑practice, cross‑border matters with litigation, IP and finance teams.
