Seeking an experienced corporate partner to join a busy Midwest corporate practice in Indianapolis. The role will lead M&A and transactional matters, advise on corporate governance, and help develop client relationships across industries.

The team handles a broad range of domestic transactions and cross-border work; the partner will mentor junior lawyers, collaborate with practice leaders, and contribute to business development efforts. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcomed.
