Established partner-level corporate/M&A experience, with a proven record of leading transactions.
Ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business-generating record is desirable.
Strong people-management and business-development skills; comfortable coaching teams and owning client strategy.
Eligible and based in (or willing to relocate to) Leeds; clear ability to work on UK corporate matters.
