Lateral Partner, Corporate / M&A — London

Senior hire sought for a busy corporate team in the firm’s London office. The role focuses on leading and advising on mergers & acquisitions and transactional matters for a broad range of corporate clients.

This is a visible partner role with responsibility for originating and developing client relationships and leading deal delivery. The team offers strong support and market presence in corporate work.

• Proven partner-level M&A and transactional experience in the UK market.
• Track record of originating work and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability expected.
• Strong technical skills, deal leadership and team management experience.
• Admission to practice in England & Wales (or equivalent) preferred.
