Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Los Angeles

Top-tier national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles corporate practice. The role focuses on leading and executing complex M&A and other corporate transactional work, advising boards and senior executives on governance, and developing client relationships across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will have an established transactional record, demonstrable experience handling domestic and cross-border deals, and the ability to originate and grow work in the region. The group offers strong institutional support and a collaborative platform to expand a portable practice or integrate into existing client relationships.
