Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Los Angeles

Leading international firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to join its Los Angeles office and strengthen its M&A and transactional capabilities. The role focuses on leading complex domestic and cross-border deals, advising sophisticated corporate clients, and overseeing deal teams.

The team values a partner who combines deep technical skills with business development strength. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate meaningful client work is welcome and will be a key consideration.

• Proven partner-level experience advising on M&A and complex corporate transactions.
• Established track record of originating or significantly expanding client relationships (portable practice preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates and senior deal teams.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in California; excellent client-facing and communication skills.
