Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Los Angeles

Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a well-established global law firm’s corporate team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on leading corporate and transactional work, with an emphasis on M&A and corporate governance matters for domestic and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for originating and managing client engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and helping to expand the firm’s transactional practice in the region. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated client origination ability.
