Leading international corporate practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Luxembourg office and strengthen its M&A offering. The role will focus on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations for institutional and corporate clients.

The successful hire will join a busy team advising on complex transactional work across multiple jurisdictions and will have the opportunity to originate and lead mandates while collaborating with other practice groups.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions, with a strong track record in Luxembourg and cross-border deals
Proven ability to originate and retain client work; a portable client base / book of business is required
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; fluent English required, additional languages advantageous
