Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Miami

An established corporate partner is sought to join a major international law firm’s Miami office. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional matters and advising boards and senior executives on corporate governance.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling cross-border and domestic transactions, taking a lead role on deal execution, client development and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a partner-level opening where a portable practice and the ability to originate work are valued.

• Experienced partner with a demonstrable M&A/transactional and corporate governance practice
• Track record of leading deal teams and advising corporate clients on complex transactions
• Proven client development ability; portable book of business preferred
• Admission to a U.S. bar and eligibility to practice in Florida (or willingness to relocate/obtain admission)
