Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A, Minneapolis

Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its Minneapolis corporate team. The role focuses on corporate M&A, capital markets and private equity work, with frequent collaboration on technology, life‑sciences and financial‑services matters.

Successful candidates will work across a broad U.S. platform and with national industry teams, supporting both transactional and transactional‑adjacent regulatory/intellectual property issues. The position values rainmaking ability and offers significant cross‑office referral opportunities.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or private equity transactions.
• Proven track record of leading deals and developing client relationships; a portable practice is desirable.
• Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients preferred.
• Strong business development, team leadership and cross-office collaboration skills; active bar admission in the U.S.
