Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Morristown

Leading national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Corporate practice in Morristown. The role will focus on M&A and transactional work, advising corporates on buy‑ and sell‑side matters and corporate governance issues.

The ideal candidate will help grow the local presence, lead transactions, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of client origination is welcome and will be an important factor in consideration.

• Established partner with significant M&A/transactional experience
• Proven ability to originate and bring a portable practice (or strong client development history)
• Experience advising on corporate governance and complex transactions
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
