Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Munich corporate team. The role focuses on cross-border M&A, private equity and capital-markets related work for domestic and international clients.

The successful candidate will lead transactions, develop client relationships and work closely with colleagues across Europe and globally. There is an expectation of a portable practice and an ability to contribute immediate revenue and client origination.

Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) with established partner-level experience in M&A and private equity.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and managing deal teams.
Experience advising on capital markets and/or venture capital matters is desirable.
Strong client development skills and an existing, portable client base appropriate for a partner role.
Fluent German and strong English commercial legal drafting and negotiating ability.
