Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A — New Jersey

Leading national law firm seeks an experienced corporate partner to join its growing New Jersey office. The role focuses on M&A, corporate governance and transactional work across public and private company matters.

Ideal candidate will lead client relationships, originate work and integrate with a multidisciplinary corporate team. The office is expanding in the region and needs a senior lawyer who can drive new business and mentor associates.

• Proven partner-level corporate/M&A experience with a clear track record of originating and executing transactions
• Significant portable client relationships or demonstrable business-generating ability
• Strong transactional and corporate governance skills across buy- and sell-side matters
• Bar admission in New Jersey or ability to obtain admission
• Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with cross-practice teams
