Seeking a senior corporate partner to join a major national law firm’s New York office. The role focuses on leading M&A and high‑value transactional work, advising corporate clients on strategic deals and governance matters.

The ideal candidate will originate and grow client relationships, manage complex transactions from start to finish, and mentor junior lawyers. The team handles cross‑border and domestic matters across industry sectors.

• Established partner with significant experience in corporate M&A and transactional work.
• Proven track record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Strong deal execution skills and experience supervising associates.
• J.D. and admission to the New York bar (or eligible).
