Seeking a partner to join a busy New York corporate practice with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, general transactional matters, and corporate governance. The role offers client-facing responsibility on deals, lead transactional workstreams, and contribute to practice development.

The team handles a broad range of corporate transactions for commercial clients across industries. The firm supports partner-level autonomy and provides resources for origination and cross-practice collaboration.

• Established partner with demonstrable corporate and M&A transaction experience.
• Strong track record of client engagement and ability to lead deals and corporate governance matters.
• Active bar admission in New York (or ability to become admitted).
• Business development orientation; portable practice welcomed though not required.
