Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, New York

Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York corporate practice with a primary focus on mergers & acquisitions and complex transactional work. The role will handle cross-border and domestic deals, advise on governance matters, and work with deal teams across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate group and be expected to contribute to client development and transaction execution. The position offers a platform to grow a portable practice or expand an existing client base within a broad corporate practice.

• Established partner or equivalently experienced senior lawyer with a strong M&A/transactional background
• Proven experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions and corporate governance matters
• Demonstrated client relationship and business development capabilities; ability to bring or grow portable business preferred
• Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to become admitted
