Proven partner-level experience in corporate/M&A transactional work.
Track record of originating and leading deals and managing client relationships.
Comfortable developing business and helping grow a regional practice; a portable book of business would be advantageous.
Eligible to practise in the UK and able to work from the Newcastle office.
