Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A, Orange County

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established corporate practice in Orange County. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work, with responsibility for corporate governance matters and leading deal teams.

The successful candidate will work with an experienced group on mid-market through complex transactions and help grow a regional corporate platform. A portable practice or demonstrable origination ability is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A/transactional matters and corporate governance
• Proven track record of leading deals and managing teams
• Demonstrable client relationships and business development capability (portable practice welcomed)
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent commercial judgment
