Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Palo Alto corporate/M&A team. The role focuses on handling complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and high-value transactional work for technology and growth-company clients.

The firm is looking for an established partner who will originate and lead deals, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the Bay Area practice. This position offers a platform to run a portable transactional practice and collaborate on sophisticated corporate matters with cross-office teams.

Proven partner-level M&A and transactional experience, with a track record of originating and leading complex deals
Established, portable corporate practice or client relationships suitable for a major Bay Area platform
Experience managing and mentoring associates and supervising transaction execution
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California bar preferred) and able to work from Palo Alto
