Experienced corporate partner sought for a Paris office to lead complex M&A, private equity and capital markets matters. The role involves originating and managing cross-border transactions and advising institutional investors, sponsors and corporates across buyouts, joint ventures, fund-related and structured finance work.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in the local corporate team, develop client relationships, supervise associates and work closely with international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a partner-level opportunity for an established practitioner with a portable practice.

Established partner with a proven record in M&A, private equity and related fund or capital markets work
Portable client relationships / demonstrable book of business
Experience leading cross-border transactions and supervising deal teams
Fluency in French and English desirable; strong business development skills
