Lateral Partner — Corporate M&A, Paris

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Corporate / M&A practice in Paris. The role focuses on cross‑border and domestic M&A transactions across a range of sectors, working with an established team on complex deals.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing role, leading transactions and developing business in the French market while collaborating with partners across Europe and globally. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with significant international deal flow.

• Established partner with a strong corporate/M&A background (partner-level experience).
• Proven portable practice or demonstrable client relationships and business generation capability.
• Track record advising on cross-border transactions and leading deal teams.
• Fluency in French and English; ability to work in an international, bilingual environment.
