The role involves leading mid‑market and growth‑company transactions, advising on strategic mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance, and working closely with cross‑office deal teams.

The practice offers an active transactional docket and collaboration with experienced corporate lawyers across the firm. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to maintain and grow a portable practice and play a visible role in client development and deal execution.

Seasoned corporate/M&A partner with a strong record of leading transactions
Proven client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable book of business
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and deal‑management experience
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to work from the Philadelphia office
