Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Philadelphia

Leading national law firm is expanding its Philadelphia corporate practice and is seeking a lateral partner to join a growing local office. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance and transactional work across middle-market and strategic corporate matters.

The team is looking for a partner who can lead complex deals, advise boards and management on governance issues, and collaborate with national and regional practice groups. This is an opportunity to help shape a recently established office and grow a client base locally and regionally.

• Established corporate/M&A partner with a track record on transactional matters and corporate governance work
• Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable business welcomed
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience mentoring junior lawyers
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work from the Philadelphia office
