Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Philadelphia

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia corporate practice, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, transactional work and corporate governance. The role will advise corporate clients across a range of industries on strategic deals and governance matters.

The team handles mid‑to‑large transactions and complex corporate matters; the position offers client-facing responsibility, leadership of deal teams, and collaboration with regional and national colleagues. Candidates should be prepared to contribute a portable practice or established client relationships.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Track record of leading deal teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction project-management skills.
• Admission to practice and eligibility to work in the relevant jurisdiction; Philadelphia presence or willingness to relocate.
