Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its corporate practice in Philadelphia. The role focuses on M&A and emerging-growth/startup matters, advising growth companies, investors and strategic acquirers across transactional work.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable corporate practice, play a visible business-development role in the office, and work collaboratively with national deal teams. The firm offers a clear partnership path with consideration for eventual equity partnership.

• Established partner with a demonstrable M&A and emerging-growth/startup practice
• Proven ability to generate and manage business — portable book of business expected
• Strong deal experience across buy- and sell-side transactions
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Philadelphia and able to integrate with a national corporate team
