Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Pittsburgh corporate team. The role focuses on leading complex M&A and transactional work, advising corporate clients on governance matters, and managing deal execution from negotiation through closing.

The partner will build and deepen client relationships, lead deal teams, and work closely with colleagues across practices and offices. The office offers significant business development support and a platform to grow a portable corporate/M&A practice.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Proven track record of originating or leading significant deals and managing client relationships
Ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers and manage cross-functional deal teams
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to become admitted
