Senior corporate partner sought to join a well-established international practice in the UAE, working across M&A and private equity transactions. The role will lead cross-border deals and advise regional and global investors on complex buy‑and‑sell side matters.

The team focuses on high‑value projects and transactional work; restructuring, venture capital and contentious litigation are not central to the role. The successful candidate will be expected to bring a portable practice and to help grow relationships in the region.

Lateral partner with a proven M&A / private equity track record at an international law firm.
Established, portable client relationships and demonstrable origination / business development ability.
Experience leading cross‑border transactions and managing teams on complex deals.
Admitted or eligible to practise in a relevant common law or international jurisdiction; ability to work in the UAE.
