Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity), London

Leading international corporate practice in London is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its M&A and private equity capability. This role will sit on a busy team advising UK and cross-border corporates and sponsors on complex transactions.

We are looking for a senior hire who can lead deals, develop client relationships and contribute to practice growth. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating and winning mandates is welcomed.

• Established partner with significant experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Proven deal leadership and experience managing junior teams on mid-market to large, complex transactions.
• Track record of business development; portable book of business or ability to generate origination expected.
• Eligibility to practise in England & Wales (or equivalent) and ability to work from the London office.
