Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A / Private Equity) — Riyadh

Senior corporate partner role based in Riyadh with responsibility for leading cross-border and domestic transactional work across M&A, private equity and capital markets. The team advises strategic and financial sponsors on complex deals and growth transactions in the region.

The role is for an experienced partner who will build and manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with international colleagues on large or multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a client-facing position requiring a demonstrable, portable practice.

• Established partner with a proven track record in M&A, private equity and related capital markets transactions.
• Portable book of business and demonstrable client origination experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage deal teams and cross-border transactions.
• Relevant licensure or ability to work in Saudi Arabia; regional market knowledge preferred.
