Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Research Triangle Park

Experienced corporate partner sought to lead and grow a transactional practice from the firm's Research Triangle Park office. The role focuses on M&A, general corporate transactions and corporate governance work across public and private company matters.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and will be expected to originate and manage client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcome.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional work.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships and matters.
• Track record of mentoring and developing associates and contributing to business development.
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer bar registration.
