Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its corporate team in Riyadh. The role focuses on cross‑border and domestic M&A and complex corporate transactions, advising regional and international clients.

The team handles high‑value transactional work and corporate governance matters; the successful candidate will play a senior client‑facing role, developing business and leading deal execution alongside local and international colleagues.

• Established partner with demonstrable M&A and corporate governance experience
• Proven track record of leading complex transactional matters and managing deal teams
• Ability to bring and develop client relationships — a portable practice will be viewed positively
• Licensed or eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and comfortable working on cross‑border matters
