Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Riyadh

Senior corporate partner opportunity in Riyadh focused on M&A, corporate governance and transactional work. The role will lead mandates across the region and work with an international team on cross-border matters.

We are looking for an experienced partner with an established client following and the ability to originate and develop business locally. The appointment offers a platform to grow a portable practice while advising on high-value corporate transactions and governance matters.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate governance and corporate transactions.
• Track record of originating and managing client engagements; demonstrable book of business or client following preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; experience working on cross-border matters.
• Admitted or eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and able to work from Riyadh.
