Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A, Sacramento

Established global law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to join its Sacramento corporate practice. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and emerging-growth/technology transactions, with opportunities to work alongside IP and litigation teams on related disputes and transactional IP matters.

The team is seeking a partner who can lead complex cross-border and domestic deals, develop client relationships across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors, and collaborate with regional and international offices. The office values both ready-made practice groups and high-performing individual rainmakers.

• Established partner-level track record in M&A and capital markets, with experience on technology and emerging-growth transactions
• Proven origination and client-development capabilities; portable client relationships preferred
• Experience working across transactional and IP/litigation interfaces
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work with multi-office structures
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred)
