Leading national law firm seeks a seasoned corporate partner to join its San Diego office to lead and expand M&A and corporate governance work. The role will focus on buy- and sell-side transactions, corporate counseling, and board-level governance matters for middle-market and strategic clients.

The successful candidate will have a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability and will be expected to originate and grow client relationships while mentoring junior lawyers.
