Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A (San Francisco)

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco corporate team, with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-sector transactions. The role will sit in a busy, cross-practice platform that also handles IP litigation, finance and emerging-growth company work.

The team advises strategic and private equity buyers and issuers across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy. The position offers client-facing deal work, responsibility for originating business, and collaboration with national and international offices.

• Established partner with significant transaction experience in M&A and/or capital markets.
• Portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships.
• Experience advising technology and life‑sciences clients, or financial services/energy sector experience.
• Track record of leading deal execution and working on cross‑border matters; admissions/ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
