Senior corporate partner opportunity in San Francisco with a leading US law firm. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work across public and private company matters, with regular engagement on corporate governance issues.

You will lead deal teams, advise senior clients on complex transactions and governance matters, and help grow a busy corporate practice. The team handles cross-border and domestic transactions and works closely with other practice groups on integrated matters.

The firm is seeking a partner with an established transactional track record, strong client relationships and the ability to originate and develop business. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Proven partner-level M&A/transactional experience
Track record of client development and relationship management
Experience advising on corporate governance and complex transactions
Strong team leadership and deal execution skills
California admission or eligibility preferred
