Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Silicon Valley

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its corporate practice in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on M&A and transactional matters for corporate clients in the technology and growth-company space, with regular work on corporate governance issues.

The successful candidate will join an established team advising on sell-side and buy-side transactions, complex commercial deals, and governance matters. This is a client-facing role where developing and maintaining relationships is essential; candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner with a proven M&A/transactional corporate practice
• Track record advising on corporate governance and complex commercial transactions
• Ability to bring and manage client relationships; experience originating business
• Bar admission in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in the relevant location
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal-management skills
