Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston office to help grow and lead its corporate, technology and IP practices. The role will focus on domestic and cross-border M&A, capital markets and technology-driven transactions, with frequent work for life sciences, financial services and energy-sector clients.

Ideal candidates will be able to bring and expand a portable practice, lead teams on complex deals and coordinate with national and international desks. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility across transactional and related IP litigation or licensing matters as needed.

Established partner with a proven record originating and leading complex M&A and capital markets transactions (experience with tech, life sciences or financial-services clients strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience on technology-related deals and IP transaction or litigation matters
Track record of business development and ability to bring or grow portable client relationships
Capacity to lead teams, collaborate across offices and manage high-value, cross-border matters; active bar admission or eligibility in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
