Equity partner opportunity at a highly regarded national law firm seeking a commercial corporate lawyer to lead and grow a technology-focused M&A practice out of the Calgary office. The role sits within a full-service platform that includes corporate & capital markets, litigation and real estate expertise, enabling cross-practice collaboration on complex matters.

Ideal candidates will join as equity partners with a demonstrable portable practice and ambition to build a longer-term platform. The team is open to group hires and prefers partners with runway for growth; the firm is willing to be flexible and creative on deal structure and compensation for the right hire.

Established corporate/M&A partner with demonstrated experience in the technology sector.
Proven record of business generation and capacity to bring or grow a portable practice.
Comfort working collaboratively across corporate, capital markets, litigation and real estate teams.
Admitted to practise in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction and readiness to join as an equity partner.
