Well‑established Canadian office is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Insolvency & Restructuring practice within the disputes team in Calgary. The role combines restructuring and commercial litigation work on creditor, debtor and insolvency‑related matters.

The successful candidate will take a front‑facing role managing client relationships, originating work and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a partnership hire where a portable practice or established book of business is required.

Proven partner‑level experience in insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation.
Track record of originating and managing significant client matters and relationships.
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business suitable for a partnership hire.
Admissions and standing to practice in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction; strong leadership and team management skills.
