Senior partner opportunity for an experienced corporate and securities lawyer to join a well-established Calgary practice. The role focuses on corporate/commercial and securities work, with strong cross-practice activity in financial services, real estate and insolvency.

This is a leadership role: you will advise on complex transactions, help grow the practice area and mentor junior lawyers. The hiring team is particularly interested in candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record who can contribute to ongoing growth initiatives.

Established senior partner with a proven track record in corporate, securities and M&A work.
Portable client base or demonstrable business development ability preferred.
Experience mentoring and leading junior lawyers and support staff.
Practical experience across financial services, real estate or insolvency an asset.
Admission to the Alberta bar (or eligibility) and ability to practise in Calgary.
