Senior corporate partner opportunity with a well-established Canadian firm seeking partners to lead and grow its Calgary office. The role is focused on transactional work within a primarily domestic corporate platform and will suit partners who can generate and manage substantial client work locally.

The firm is hiring opportunistically — strongest interest is in business-generating partners (including group moves in technology) who bring a portable practice and can provide immediate leadership on matters. The office values deep Calgary market knowledge and hands-on client relationships across corporate and capital-markets matters.

Decision-making and compensation are handled centrally by a small executive committee; hires must be self-sufficient and able to onboard with minimal internal support where appropriate.

Established partner with a proven, portable corporate practice or team (ability to bring client work on joining).
Demonstrable track record of originating and managing domestic corporate transactions; experience in M&A or capital markets advantageous.
Strong Calgary market knowledge and local business development capability.
Comfort joining or leading a group-based technology practice is a plus; ability to work within centralized firm governance.
