Leading global law firm is seeking an experienced transactional partner to join its Calgary corporate team. The role covers corporate/M&A, finance & banking and real estate matters, working with local and national clients across industry sectors.

We are looking for a commercial, client-facing partner who can originate and lead complex transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice. The opportunity is open to individual hires or small team moves.

The role offers a senior position with responsibility for business development and practice leadership in the Calgary office.
