Leading global law firm seeks a partner in the New York office to strengthen its corporate practice with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work closely with cross‑practice teams, including IP litigation and tech‑related matters, on transactions for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients.

The group is experiencing significant growth in the region and is looking for a partner who can originate and execute complex transactional work, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices and practices.

Established partner with a strong transactional practice in M&A and/or capital markets; significant experience with technology transactions preferred.
Proven client origination and business development capabilities; portable practice welcome.
Track record of leading deal teams and working in integrated, cross‑border teams.
Sector experience serving technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients is desirable.
