Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its corporate team in Abu Dhabi to support M&A and transactional work across the UAE and wider Gulf region, including Qatar.

The role will focus on leading complex cross‑border transactions, advising corporate clients and sponsors, and developing regional client relationships. You will work with a senior team on high‑value deals and have responsibility for originating and managing matters from pitch to execution.

A portable practice is welcome but not mandatory; the firm is open to candidates with an established regional network and proven business generation ability.

Established partner with demonstrable corporate/M&A and transactional experience.
Track record of leading cross‑border deals and managing client relationships.
Strong network in the UAE/Gulf region (Abu Dhabi/Qatar experience desirable).
Proven ability to originate and develop business; portable book of business welcomed but not required.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills; English fluency required.
