Senior corporate partner role to join a well-established national law firm’s Boulder office. The position will lead and grow middle-market and regional M&A and general corporate transactional work across a range of industries.

The role involves originating and managing complex buy- and sell-side transactions, representing private-equity and strategic clients, and mentoring a small team of transactional lawyers. Expect significant client-facing responsibility, deal leadership, and collaboration with national practice colleagues.

Ideal candidates are experienced transactional partners with a demonstrable portable practice or strong regional client relationships, comfortable working on cross-office matters and developing new business in the region.

Established partner-level transactional/M&A experience
Track record of originating or sustaining client relationships; portable business preferred
Proven deal leadership and management of junior lawyers
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong regional market knowledge
