Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Transactional) — Chicago

Leading national law practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago corporate group. The role focuses on M&A and complex transactional work across public and private company matters, advising sophisticated corporate clients.

The team handles cross-border and domestic deals, providing senior-level deal leadership, business development, and client relationship management. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with deep transactional capabilities and interdisciplinary support.

We are particularly interested in partners with an established, portable corporate practice who can contribute client relationships and originate new business in the Chicago market and beyond.

• Established partner with significant M&A/transactional experience
• Proven track record of originating and managing complex transactions and leading deal teams
• Portable practice or demonstrable client origination and business development experience
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and good standing
