Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Transactional), Dallas

Senior corporate partner opportunity with a large national law firm seeking an experienced transactional lawyer to join its Dallas corporate team. The role focuses on M&A, general corporate transactions and corporate governance work across public and private company matters.

The successful candidate will lead complex deals, manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers while working with cross-office teams on sophisticated transactional matters. There is flexibility to bring a portable practice.

• Established partner or counsel with significant transactional/M&A experience.
• Track record of leading complex deals and advising on corporate governance for public and private companies.
• Proven client relationship skills; ability to develop or bring a portable practice.
• Strong project and team management skills; experience mentoring associates and collaborating across offices.
